Choose Edu Suite 2.0 when teachers or school leaders need a reviewable workflow for lesson notes, schemes, assessments, reports, diagrams or teaching visuals. Choose JEMS when a learner needs structured English mastery and IELTS Academic preparation without any promise of a particular band score. Choose AI Study Coach for flexible WAEC, JAMB UTME and NECO practice with explanations and CBT-style scoring.

Business Suite serves document work such as CVs, proposals, letters and professional templates. Smart Procurement serves controlled organisational requests, approval routes, RFQs, delivery follow-up and ownership history. The AI Training Academy is appropriate when capability, adoption and responsible use are the primary need. CBT remains a scoped institutional setup service rather than a public subscription.

Questions to answer before choosing

  1. What current task is slow, inconsistent or difficult to review?
  2. Who creates, approves, receives and maintains the work?
  3. What information is sensitive, regulated or unsuitable for a general AI tool?
  4. Which existing document, curriculum, policy or approval rule must be preserved?
  5. Would a product, a training programme, a setup service or a small pilot solve the need?
  6. What evidence after four to eight weeks would justify continuing?
