JENECONK Free Class Timetable Generator
Build a school timetable around classes, subjects, teachers, periods, breaks, and practical scheduling rules. The guided workspace helps school leaders prepare the information first, generate a draft, review conflicts, and export a timetable for further checking.
What to prepare before generating
List every class and arm, the teaching days, periods per day, break positions, subjects, required lessons per week, and the teachers who handle each subject. Record teacher availability, shared rooms, double-period requirements, assembly, clubs, practical work, and any period that must remain fixed.
Use accurate teacher assignments. If one teacher is attached to two classes at the same time, or a laboratory is required by several groups, the timetable needs a rule that prevents those resources from being scheduled twice.
How to review the result
Generation creates a planning draft, not an automatically approved school timetable. Check each class for the correct weekly subject count, sensible distribution, breaks, difficult-subject balance, and excessive repetition. Then review each teacher's timetable for clashes, workload, travel between rooms, free periods, and agreed availability.
Confirm that practical subjects have appropriate rooms and usable period lengths. Ask department heads or affected teachers to review the draft before it is published. Keep a dated approved copy and record later changes so staff and learners are working from the same version.
Important limitations
No automatic generator can know every local requirement unless the rule is entered correctly. Unusual rotations, part-time teachers, shared campuses, alternating weeks, examination periods, and last-minute staffing changes may require manual adjustment. Review exported information before operational use and protect any staff information included in school records.
